Matthias (alias Matthew) Liebich Hobby cyclist, volleyball player, jogger, soccer coach for a youngsters team. Cycling experience in the German Spessart low mountain range and riding tours (accidentally during family holidays) in Crete and Mallorca. The riding tours during our family holidays made me think about experiencing more joyful rides. When I met Wayne in 2009 as a colleague at Sappi we had a chat about cycling, his brother Peter, GIST and the plans for a "Ride for a Cure" in South Africa. I was really impressed and my desire grew and grew to be part of this ride. With the information distributed by Wayne I finally decided to join this adventure. So now, here I am, starting to prepare my body for a fantastic ride with a fantastic team for a fantastic goal! Looking forward to seeing you all in South Africa.
